Studying

First of all, I'm so sorry for not posting a blog last week cause I was going on holiday (after 2 years of hard working and lots of persuasions) at Da Lat. Today, I'm back with a familiar topic: Studying.

My friends spend a lot of time studying without knowing the actual point of studying.
Why do you study?
- Cause my parents want me to get high grades.
What is the point of getting high grades?
- Um... My mom and my dad will be proud of me.
So... you're studying for your parents?
- Of course. You are, aren't you?
No I'm not.
It's so nonsense to do something without knowing why are you doing it. How is that even possible? - I wonder. My friends, who besides spending time on class, they have to go to extra class. Finally, this leads to a question that: Do they understand what they was taught at school?
Well, the thing is, their parents want them to get good grades. But they seem to be to busy or may be too lazy to teach them or at least to teach them how to study themselves properly. BOOM! You know what kids, from now, you're going to extra classes.
It's so hard balance their life when they have too many crap to take in. They have to finish school's homework, as well as their EXTRA CLASS's homework. Gosh, that is double. I don't know why Asian parents, or may be just Vietnamese parents want their kids to get good grades when the way their kids act just like shit. What's the point of doing that, honestly?
A friend of mine, Linh, recently texted me that she got too much crap to take in, even when it's SUMMER. She spend 6 HOURS going to extra classes ONLY, 7 hours or maybe even less to sleep, and the time left for personal hygiene, eating 3 proper meals, helping her mama and dada, doing homework.
That's tough.
That's too tough.
You know something crazy is going on when you don't even have time for yourself.
But she was just 14, same as me.
She deserves to have more than that...
I didn't know how and why our life just turned to shit, the only thing we know was that it changed dramatically since we went to our secondary school. Deadlines, stress, shitty friends... Agh, how do we suppose to put up with that?

I don't even know how I got thru that lah :)

Wikipedia

In your opinion, what would be the greatest thing on the Internet? Pewdiepie? That's great. Some xxx links? Um, can you share me some? Your favorite band? Nah OnE dIrEcTiOn. How about Wikipedia? Hey, seriously? The only reason why most of my friends go to Wikipedia is because they need it for their project. Me? Well, for many reasons. First, I need it for my project. Secondly, to expand my knowledge. Finally, I'm bored. I would rather to read a random article on Wikipedia than to surf on any social media. Wikipedia should be the third greatest invention of the human kind, after the Internet and smartphones. Thanks to Wikipedia, now I know what is Apollo 11, who is Martin Luther King Jr. How I was born and many other interesting things that you should know if you have time. It's not the first time when you don't know what to do in your free time. But after you've read this blog, I'm sure it's not anymore. Wikipedia is boring, but not anymore if you...

Jane Eyre book review

Wassup guys, I've finished reading Jane Eyre - a very thick book in 3 weeks (since 2nd June 'till now, 23rd June). That's why today I'm here for... BOOK REVIEW! Before I start, for those who don't know what Jane Eyre is, well... it's a super famous novel by Charlotte Bronte in the English literature.  The first thing that I notice about this book was its cover, which was carefully decorated with an opened bird cage - the implication of freedom - what this book mainly talk about. Reading this book calls for great patience and lots of free time to read (cause it's thick yo). Besides all of the cons, I promise that you won't regret reading this book, it's amazing, that's all I could say.   Through this book, you can see the great picture of England nature, together with the pure love between Jane and Edward (Rochester) after the hard times. The first half of this book was quite dramatic I would say. There is nothing called "equa...
